We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Procurement Apprentice to join our Procurement team. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience while studying towards a Level 3 Procurement Apprenticeship.

About the role
As our Procurement Apprentice, you'll work alongside our experienced Procurement Manager, supporting the delivery of cost-effective purchasing solutions and helping to ensure goods and services are sourced efficiently and responsibly.
No previous procurement experience is required—we'll provide training, support and mentoring throughout your apprenticeship.
What you'll be doing
You'll have the opportunity to:
- Support day-to-day purchasing activities, including raising orders and tracking deliveries.
- Obtain supplier quotations and compare prices and terms.
- Maintain procurement records and supplier databases.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding orders, deliveries and queries.
- Work with colleagues across the organisation to understand purchasing requirements.
- Support contract administration and supplier performance monitoring.
- Assist with procurement reporting and data analysis.
- Help identify cost-saving opportunities and value for money.
- Learn about sustainable, ethical and compliant procurement practices.
- Complete your Level 3 Procurement qualification, applying your learning in the workplace.

Apprenticeship eligibility
This role is offered as a Level 3 Procurement Apprenticeship. The successful candidate must meet the eligibility criteria set by the apprenticeship training provider and the Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA).
As a condition of employment, you will be required to enrol on and actively participate in the apprenticeship programme, including completing all learning, assignments and assessments. If you already hold a qualification at the same or a higher level in procurement, or do not meet the apprenticeship eligibility requirements, you may not be eligible for this role.
